Due to the unique nature of each design and the meticulous handmade craftsmanship of every piece, we, unfortunately, cannot facilitate refunds or exchanges.

Should you observe any perceived defects, we encourage you to contact us promptly to address the matter. We assure you that we will thoroughly assess the issue and work towards a resolution. We will refund or exchange within 14 days of contact.
